About the survey

The 2023 Student Satisfaction Survey was administered by the Department of Training and Workforce Development.

The survey is an independently administered student satisfaction initiative used to measure the quality of service provided by Western Australia’s TAFEs and public training providers, and to gain a better understanding of their customers and their needs.

Please note: “Others” indicated above refers directly to results of other Privately Owned Training Organisations in WA who offered DTWD funded courses in 2023.
