AVT Director Dr Anne Beugalaar, “Each year we work tirelessly to improve the quality of our content, and the delivery of our courses. DTWD’s stringent rules enforce all RTOs to perform in many areas of operating a training organisation with regular on-site audits and evaluations.
As Co-owner and Director of AVT, I am immensely proud of our team in being able to deliver our courses and student support services above industry standards and I am grateful to our industry partners who support the growth and development of our students and graduates.”Â

About the survey
The 2023 Student Satisfaction Survey was administered by the Department of Training and Workforce Development.Â
The survey is an independently administered student satisfaction initiative used to measure the quality of service provided by Western Australia’s TAFEs and public training providers, and to gain a better understanding of their customers and their needs.
Please note: “Others” indicated above refers directly to results of other Privately Owned Training Organisations in WA who offered DTWD funded courses in 2023.
